A team that is divided will fall…and so will a home. A good team communicates well, focuses on the same goals, contributes their fair share, and supports each other. They are leaders and they are well organized. They know when to get serious and when to have fun. They work hard and play hard. They are united in all things. They have their eye on the championship and everything they do is to achieve it. It only takes on person on the team to be “me-focused” to make the entire team fail.
