Every day, emergency rooms deal with crisis. Some may be simple while others are life-threatening. In every one of them, they must make instant decisions for the patients they treat. Add a card with a note of encouragement and attach it to the boxes of pizza. Let the ER staff know you are praying God will give them wisdom and strength as they care for patients that come to them. Drop off the food and leave. If you have time, hang out in the ER waiting room for as long as you can and pray silently for each person there waiting to be treated and for the ones already in a room receiving treatment.
