Tuesday’s Emotional Self-Care Tip
“A tranquil heart is life to the body, but jealousy is rottenness to the bones.
— Proverbs 14:30
Journal about a positive emotion you had today. Then write about a negative emotion you experienced today. Does that negative emotion give cause for you to forgive someone? If so, write in your journal a statement of forgiveness. If your negative emotion caused any sin, take time to pray about it and ask God’s forgiveness. Write your prayer in your journal.
(Don’t forget to practice social distancing, wash your hands and wear your mask!)
