Friday’s Social Self-Care Tip
“Do not take revenge or bear a grudge against members of your community, but love your neighbor as yourself; I am Yahweh.” — Leviticus 19:18
Have lunch with a friend or family member, even if you have to get together through zoom or other video chat app. Take time to share with each other one success from this week and one struggle. Before your lunch ends, take time to pray for one another.
(Don’t forget to practice social distancing, wash your hands and wear your mask!)
