In a pandemic virus, self care is as important as masks and washing hands. Get practical, daily self care tips to help you get through the pandemic.
Sunday’s Spiritual Self-Care Tip
“And he said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a desolate place and rest a while.” For many were coming and going, and they had no leisure even to eat.” — Mark 6:31
In Psalm 51:10, the psalmist wrote: “Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.“ Today, take time alone with God confessing any known sins in your life. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal sins you are not aware of. Confess each one and ask God to create within you a clean heart and to renew a right spirit within you.
(Don’t forget to practice social distancing, wash your hands and wear your mask!)
