In a pandemic virus, self care is as important as masks and washing hands. Get practical, daily self care tips to help you get through the pandemic.

**Wednesday’s Intellectual Self-Care Tip**

“To know wisdom and instruction, to understand words of insight, to receive instruction in wise dealing, in righteousness, justice, and equity; to give prudence to the simple, knowledge and discretion to the youth— Let the wise hear and increase in learning, and the one who understands obtain guidance,” — Proverbs 1:2-5

What is a Biblical topic that you would like to know more about? The tabernacle, forgiveness, revival, end time prophecy? Whatever it is, use an online Bible concordance and research your topic to see what the Bible has to say about. Reach out to a mature Christian and discuss the topic with them. From your research and discussion, what do you think God wants you to do now?
