Wednesday’s Emotional Self-Care Tip

“For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven:…a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance” — Ecclesiastes 3:1,4

Spend some time in self-meditation. Think of three positive things you experienced today and thank God for them. If you have worries, burdens or cares, cast them on Jesus and remember that He cares for you.
