Proverbs 20:6

Proverbs 20 6

Don’t you hate it when someone tries to cheat you or lie to you… like the magazine subscription that is supposedly “free” but then your credit card gets billed three months later, or when you take your car in for repairs and the mechanic tries to sell you a bunch of other parts and labor that your car doesn’t need, or when someone makes a promise or deal and doesn’t follow through? It makes it very hard to trust people because the only thing people tend to be loyal to is themselves. God expects us to live with integrity. When we lose our integrity, we lose our witness for God. Our relationships fall apart because people can’t trust us. Lies and deception give us a bad name. No matter what part of your life… whether is in your finances, business dealings, or relationships…choose to live with integrity.
