Monday’s Physical Self-Care Tip
“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.” — 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
This week, go to bed 30 minutes earlier. At the end of the week, think about whether or not the extra 30 minutes of sleep gave you more energy during the day. Did it make an overall difference in how you felt each day? Did it help you in processing choices and problems?
(Don’t forget to practice social distancing, wash your hands and wear your mask!)
