Yoga does not require any expensive equipment. Other than a yoga mat that will keep you from sliding around, there’s nothing to buy because yoga relies on your own body weight for resistance. There is some optional equipment that you can choose to utilize including a yoga ball for balance and a yoga block or two. — Julia Bruce
