Isaiah 12:2

Isaiah 12 2

What do you do when you’re strength is gone? Whine? Throw a first class pity party or maybe have a good old-fashioned temper tantrum? Give up? We need to remember that our strength is found in Christ. On the days where I don’t think I have one more ounce in me to give are the days I need to be more grounded in the Word of God than ever. Those are the days I need to “pray without ceasing.” Those are the days I turn on my Christian radio station and turn up the volume. Those are the days I need to surround myself with my Christian friends to seek encouragement from them and to know that they are praying for me. Because Christ is my salvation….He is also my strength and my song. Running low on strength? Spend some time singing, worshipping and praying. Christ will give you the strength to take that next step…and the next.

“I can do all things through Christ who give me strength.” — Philippians 4:13
